Market Research Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to join EverTry, a fast-growing fintech company that helps individuals and businesses make seamless international payments with virtual dollar cards and crypto solutions.

Your role will be to provide data-driven insights that guide these explorations and help us make smart, customer-first decisions.

As a Market Research Analyst, you will study markets, competitors, and customer behavior, then translate findings into actionable recommendations for EverTry’s leadership and product teams. The goal: discover opportunities, validate ideas, and ensure EverTry continues to launch products that fill real market gaps and drive global growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data on consumers, competitors, and industries, then translate findings into actionable reports and presentations.
  • Understand EverTry’s business objectives and design surveys, interviews, and studies to capture prospective customers’ preferences and challenges.
  • Compile and analyze qualitative and quantitative data using both modern and traditional research methods.
  • Conduct valid and reliable market research & SWOT analysis to evaluate opportunities across different verticals.
  • Provide ongoing competitive intelligence on market offerings, pricing, customer experience, and business models.
  • Spot and validate new product opportunities, both within fintech and in adjacent industries.
  • Build and maintain research databases, cataloguing findings for future product and strategy use.
  • Deliver clear insights and recommendations to guide product design, pricing, promotions, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging industries, ensuring EverTry remains at the forefront of innovation.


Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Market Research Analyst or in a related analytical role.
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data, identify meaningful insights, and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for sharing findings with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in statistical packages and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with search engines, analytics platforms, and business research tools.
  • Knowledge of data collection methods (surveys, interviews, polls, focus groups).
  • Experience conducting competitive research and SWOT analysis.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
