Customer Support Specialist

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries through our support channels.
  • Investigate transaction, card, and account-related issues.
  • Identify patterns in customer complaints and escalate root causes.
  • Work with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve issues.
  • Create and improve support documentation.
  • Help improve customer experience across the company.
