EverTry helps people pay for things globally when their local banking system gets in the way.
People use EverTry to pay for software, subscriptions, education, advertising, cloud services, and the other things that increasingly make up modern work.
We're looking for a Marketing Lead.
The title matters less than the problem:
Not just on Instagram.
Not through a bigger content calendar.
We want to build a company people remember, talk about, recommend, and trust.
You'll own the work of making EverTry known.
That might mean:
Some weeks you'll be writing.
Some weeks you'll be talking to customers.
Some weeks you'll be working with a creator.
Some weeks you'll spend most of your time trying to understand why an idea didn't work.
That's marketing.
Social media is one tool in the toolbox. It isn't the toolbox.
This is important.
We'd love someone who has already built a successful brand.
But we're equally interested in someone who hasn't had the opportunity yet.
Maybe you've spent the last few years building things on your own.
Maybe you've run small projects that nobody asked you to run.
Maybe you've grown a community.
Maybe you've figured out how to get people interested in something with almost no money.
Maybe you're the person who notices why something works when everyone else just sees that it works.
We care about that.
We're looking for someone curious, meticulous, resourceful, hardworking, and unusually persistent.
Someone who doesn't need a detailed instruction manual before getting started.
Someone who can take a vague problem, break it down, learn what they don't know, try something, look at what happened, and try again.
You don't need to know everything about marketing.
You need to be very good at figuring things out.
If you've done marketing before, show us what happened.
Not just the campaigns.
Tell us:
If you haven't done marketing before, that's fine.
Show us something you've built, grown, organised, improved, or figured out.
It doesn't have to be impressive on paper.
We're more interested in how you think and how you work.
It's pretty simple.
More people know EverTry exists.
More people understand why it is useful.
More people try it.
More people tell other people about it.
And we have a better understanding of how to make that happen again.
EverTry is still small enough that your work will matter.
You won't inherit a giant marketing department.
You won't spend your days asking five people for approval to change a headline.
You'll have room to try things.
Some will work.
Some won't.
That's expected.
You'll work closely with the founders and the rest of the team, and you'll have the opportunity to build the marketing function as the company grows.
We're not looking for someone who has all the answers.
We're looking for someone who likes hard problems, does careful work, learns quickly, and keeps going.
If that sounds like you, tell us why you think you can make EverTry known.
We keep the process simple.
1. Apply
Tell us who you are, what you've built, and why you think you'd be a good fit.
2. Assessment 1: Online
A short online assessment to understand how you think, reason, and solve problems.
3. Assessment 2: Marketing
A practical marketing exercise. We want to see how you approach a real problem, not how well you can talk about marketing.
4. Interview
We'll talk through your experience, your thinking, and your approach to the work.
5. Join EverTry
If we're a good fit for each other, we'll make you an offer.
We designed the process to test how you think and how you work, not just what's written on your CV.
Follow the instructions above and send your application to
